The Completion of the Consent Form is required prior to the Appointment.
Appointment Policy and Booking Rules
$30 deposit must be sent to secure your appt same day it’s made.

Cash only day of appt.
There are no refunds.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellations must be done 24 hours before the appointment time to honor the same deposit once.
Same-day cancellations result in a $50 charge before booking again.
No-shows must pay 100% of the service fee before booking again.
Fix-ups must be done within 72 hours of your appointment.
If you are sick or have any eye infections, please stay home as I will not service you.
No makeup or moisturizers should be used, and contact lenses should be removed prior.
Avoid caffeine 2 hours before your appointment.
No extra guests are allowed.
